On Friday, March 28, former Warren High School standout JJ Almeda’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 25-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Colorado Mines Orediggers.

The game took place at Jim Darden Field. This was their third matchup against the Orediggers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Jim Darden Field against Colorado Mines Orediggers.
