Three professional licenses were issued in zip code 90723 during 2019, according to California’s Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). In the previous year, there was one license issued, marking a 200 percent increase year over year.

Zip code 90023 had the most professional licenses issued in the coverage area with four.
