On Feb. 24, Bullock Julie A. Co. Barber Family (deceased) (trustee) (trust) sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6020 McKinley Ave., S. Gate to Sheila D Warren for $460,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in South Gate as of this publication.
